Subject	What will make my NA pull noticeably harder??

Message	I have about $1200 for performance and I want my car to pull harder like from 0-3K rpms. What should I look to get, I currently have a JWT intake and am getting a Greddy SP exhaust... Thanks I am trying to stay away from NOS!!
